Saturday, July 24th, is a full day of rock with some returning bands from past years that people demand to see again. Such as Paisty Jenny, Jukebox Zeroes, Tango Down and Talon. Those rockers from the south are heading north once again. Bombay Black will get everyone revved up and ready to rock.. Saturday evening gives you more hits than a heavy weight fight. Ted Poley - the lead singer from Danger Danger sings such hits as Naughty Naughty and Bang Bang. Another band that gave us a rock “anthem” that’s played at all kinds of events is AXE. Remember Rock and Roll Party in the Streets? AXE is one of the most popular bands that performs at festivals in the United States. And while we’re talking about a party in the streets - you can’t have a party without this next band. Molly Hatchet is going to bring their southern style to the plains of South Dakota. This band still kicks ass! This festival is for the fans and all about the music. So we decided to bring you heaven and we’re going to throw in a piece of cherry pie. Yes Warrant is coming to the DRF. Remember the video? And speaking of video there isn’t enough of it to show the career of Saturday nights headliner. Dakota Rock Fest is pleased and honored to bring you Vince Neil. Yes Motley Crue’s front man will perform all of the hit songs from his stellar career. Don’t worry about the Crue. Vince has assembled an all star band without rival. He’s going to give us a show that you’ll remember the rest of your life. We’re committed to bringing you the best there is and we believe we’re doing just that. We do recommend a few things though. Make your camping reservations early. Get your VIP tickets early as there are a limited number available and lastly get your tickets early. We’ve kept them very affordable and there is a limit to the number we can sell. By popular demand - BRET MICHAELS will once again take the Dakota Rock Fest stage. Dakota Rock Fest now has the undisputed top female rocker of the 80's in Lita Ford and the two biggest males in Vince Neil and Bret Michaels making Dakota Rock Fest packed with talent. Bret will headline Friday night with Lita paving the way. Vince will still close the show Saturday night.
Bret is busy this year with a new book. He's appearing on NBC's the Apprentice with Donald Trump and has a new single out with Miley Cyrus but he's taking time out for all of his fans this summer including a stop at Daktoa Rock Fest. We will have more information in the coming weeks. Remember tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster so let's get rockin!
Thursday, July 22nd - we have bands such as BACKSTAGE PASS, ROCK N’ROLL DAMNATION AND HAIRBALL. You may or may not recognize thee names but don’t be fooled. This kick off night is gonna rock. Rock N’ Roll Damnation is considered to be one of the top AC DC tributes in the country.
